Shipping policy

All products at The Hot Streak are made to order. We do not keep inventory in stock. When you place an order, your item is printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.
Processing time
Orders are sent to production within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the product.
Shipping time
United States: 3–7 business days after production
Total estimated time: 5–10 business days from order date
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Holidays and carrier delays may extend transit time.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping (US): $5.99 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $50
Rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after the shipping notification for tracking to update.
Shipping address
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days after the ship date, contact us at hello@thehotstreak.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
