Refund policy

Because every item at The Hot Streak is printed on demand specifically for you, we have a limited refund policy. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Defective print (faded, misaligned, or damaged print)
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Damaged in transit

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind / buyer's remorse
  • Normal wear after use

How to request a return

  1. Email hello@thehotstreak.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

Approved returns receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to original payment method are issued only for items that cannot be replaced.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item), we cover return shipping. For size exchanges, the customer pays return shipping and we ship the replacement at no additional product cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started. Contact hello@thehotstreak.com immediately. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

Late or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the order date, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
